Travelling is an adventure to the unknown: The return trip adds up the knowledge of the other. To transmit, to transport, to filter, to add a culture to one's own. Lola Huete poses the landscape as central to the memory of the returned.
Exotism is just a rethorical figure that starts diluting after the first glance. The landscape takes an unexpected meaning once we reflect upon it, when we recognise an inner true through the outer image.

Exhibitions: Tapestry, photography and painting in Spain, France, Holland and Sweden (1973-1984). She has collaborated as a photographer for Alfalfa and Gimlet magazines (1976-79). From 1983 until 2011, she has collaborated with Taller de Músics (Barcelona) as a graphic designer and responsible of Communication. Her latest photography exhibitions include: Fundació Coll Bardolet, Valldemossa 2013; Convent dels Mínims, 2014; Ajuntament de Sineu and VI-ES, Sineu 2015.
