On Wednesday, 29th of June at 8 pm, we will present the exhibitions of the artists Carmen Zuasti (painting) and Luna Pérez Visairas (photography). Together with them, and their visions of the universe, we will start our stellar journey.
The astrophysicist Álvaro Sánchez will talk about The Life of Stars, and Diego Pérez, musician, will create the sound atmospheres.
We will screen the short film 'New Horizons', by Erik Wernquist.

In the silence of infinite space, cosmos becomes present and the stars inhabit us with meaning.
“En las estrellas recordamos” takes us to an intangible and unknown universe, inviting us to submerge in a deep relationship with cosmos.
Luna Pérez Visairas is a photographer, visual artist and specialist in participative art. She has broad experience working in educational projects in London.
Carmen Zuasti presents part of her project Univers, in which she uses a very unique imaginary and where colour glows with the intensity of her small pieces of art.
Her language is mainly pictorial, although she also explores and uses other techniques. Techniques with she uses to confer expression to her most recurring themes: myths, the univers and the sea.

In our first session of 'Encounters', the astrophysicist Álvaro Sánchez will introduce us to the unknown but spectacular life of stars. We will learn about white dwarfs and black holes.
There will be screenings of videos and poetic images that will take us to the stellar worlds.
The musician Diego Pérez will create the sound atmospheres.
